Writer-director Regina Robbins was born and raised in New York City. She began writing fiction in the first grade and branched out to drama two years later. In high school and college, her plays were produced by student drama clubs. She also became interested in stage directing and filmmaking.
After returning to New York post-college, Regina worked in theater, film, television, education, and the tourism industry. Her short films have been screened at venues across the United States. She has earned two Master's degrees.
